GIRLS LEARN TO RIDE | FITNESS EDITION
GLTR is designed to reach out to female beginners wanting to learn how to flowboard on the FlowRider in a friendly environment, as well as amateur/ intermediate riders who are looking to refine their basics or learn new tricks and progress to the next level.
We are taking it to another level,spicing it up with a fitness edition...oh yeah check us out! You know all babe fitness classes are more than just movements and shouts of encouragements. On top of physical benefits, you open doors to social opportunities too. Each month we will be having fitness classes lead by fitness professionals from yoga to pilates, to High Intensity Interval training classes, you will never get bored.
We got our friend YOGA MOVEMENT to kick start our first fitness edition!
Yoga Movement is an urban lifestyle concept centred around four locations of radness in the heart of the city. It is a brand built around good vibes, good times and accessible, youthful approach to yoga.
This month's clinic comprises an hour of Flow Yoga and an hour of Flowriding. You'll be moving with powerful, fast-paced, flowing sequences right in front of the Flowrider! The Flowriding itself will focus on basics, free-style riding time, as well as fundamental tricks suited to your skill level.
Clinic fees are based on each one(1) hour session. Girls may sign up for more than one hour*.
One (1) hour of Flowriding & One (1) hour of Flow Yoga : S$40.00*^
Two (2) hours of Flowriding & One (1) hour of Flow Yoga : S$60.00*^
* Usually Worth S$65.00 (for one hour session on the Flowrider and one hour Yoga Class), Usually Worth S$105.00 (for two hours session on the Flowrider and one hour Yoga Class),
* Non-transferable and must be utilized on the same day of purchase within the allocated clinic timing.
